All Dunbrae Coffee Essentials products are covered by a 12 month parts and labour warranty.
This warranty is valid for all parts on your machine, including electronic components but Excludes consumable items.
The warranty takes effect on the date the equipment is installed and is subject to the following restrictive conditions:
- Equipment is acquired directly from Dunbrae Coffee Essentials or an authorized dealer.
- Installation of the equipment is carried out by Dunbrae Coffee Essentials or an authorized installer or instruction provided.
- The equipment is used in accordance with the instructions for use and training provided for the intended purpose for which it was manufactured.
The equipment is properly maintained:
- Equipment is acquired directly from Dunbrae Coffee Essentials or an authorized dealer.
- Daily and weekly cleaning/maintenance should be conducted by the customer.
- The equipment has at least one preventative maintenance service per year by an authorized service agent (note: this preventative maintenance servicing is chargeable to the customer).
- Exclusive use of genuine parts on the equipment.
- All repairs and service work must be completed by an authorized service agent.
This warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of consumables.
- Parts not accepted as defective by Dunbrae Coffee Essentials.
- Problems due to improper use of the equipment.
- Problems due to installation not carried out by an authorized agent or as per shown in instruction.
- Parts or problems due to transit damage or improper handling of the equipment.
Repairing and/or replacing defective parts during the warranty period does not bring about an extension of said warranty.
